Pork roast

Ingredients

  • pork neck (other cuts may work as well)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • a pinch of allspice
  • a pinch of cumin
  • lemon slices
  • parsley

Preparation

1 Oil to the baking dish and place the beaten and salted chunk of meat into it.
2 Add other seasoning to the meat.
3 Line with lemon slices and parsley.
4 Add some water or stock.

This is an automatic programme. When you set quantity, the oven automatically sets other parametres: heater, temperature, cooking time.
