Ingredients

  • chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of white pepper
  • a pinch of allspice
  • olive oil

Preparation

1 Coat the drumsticks or thighs with olive oil.
2 Rub with salt, white pepper, and allspice.
3 Place the meat on the wire rack and insert a baking sheet a guide lower to serve as a drip tray.
